Flavors Fusion is an event that features regional cuisine is celebrated in different SM Mall branches all over the country. It also coincided with the 3rd Madrid Fusion Manila which was held at the SMX Convention Center. Read more about Madrid Fusion Manila here.
The Flavor Fusion in SM City Baguio highlighted the Cordilleran dishes most especially dishes that includes "Pinuneg" (blood sausage), "Itag" (smoked pork), and of course, strawberry.
Chef Bryan Gorgonia of Tradisyon Restaurant, Azalea Hotel, prepared some bacon-wrapped pinuneg.
Chef Jesus Francisco is seen here preparing Ridgwood Hotel's famous Edman Wings.
Meanwhile, Chef Ricky of The Old Spaghetti House prepared Pomodoro with Itag.
