Madrid Fusion Manila 2017: An International Gastronomy Expo

Now on its 3rd year, the country's international gastronomy expo is back with a whole lot of exciting things happening. It is a much waited annual event that brings together those from the culinary industry, the gastronome, and those who are simply adventurous when it comes to food.

Madrid Fusion Manila 2017 is happening on April 6-8, 2017 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.


During Madrid Fusion Manila's press launch, guests were treated to a gastronomic fair prepared by chefs from Rossini, Uma-Uma, and XO 46 Heritage Bistro. There's also a cooking demonstration that highlights the country's local ingredients.
