Thanksgiving at Mario's

Although the Philippines doesn't really celebrate Thanksgiving like those in other countries but through the year's, more and more Filipinos are getting into the spirit of Thanksgiving. Maybe its also because Filipinos are family oriented, aside from having many reasons to be thankful.

From November 20-26, 2017, Mario's Quezon City will have a weeklong Thanksgiving Turkey special that includes Mario's famous Caesar Salad, soup, and dessert. This is available from Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Of course, feasting on Roast Turkey is not complete if it doesn't come with stuffing like Herbed Corn Bread, Relleno de Pabo, American Style and Spanish Style Relleno, and paired with cranberry sauce and savory gravy.

And for those in Baguio (or will go to Baguio this week), Mario's Baguio will have a Special Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet on November 23, 6pm. Cost if Php 850+ (adult) and Php 425+ (kids 4-7 years old).

Highlights of the Special Thanksgiving Buffet are: Roast Turkey with Herbed Corn Bread Stuffing with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Cochinillo with Liver Sauce, Tenderloin Steak and Grilled Tuna. And a buffet spread is never complete without dessert. Have your fill of Pumpkin Tart, Chocolate Pecan Tart, Strawberry Shortcake and other saccharine delights.
