On April 5-8 and on May 3-6 (Tuesday to Friday, 9am-1pm), kids will go on a Kids Magical Adventure. Themes include- Circus Manila, Inside Out, and Disneyland Adventure. Class fee is P6,000 and it includes ingredients, apron, and chef's hat.
For the teens, its Young Foodie Hangout. Aside from teaching basic knife skills, vegetable cuts, basic sauces, and other kitchen terminologies, teens will also be taught how to prepare and make instagram-worthy dishes and food presentations. Schedule of classes are April 12-15 and May 10-13 (Tuesday to Friday, 9am-1pm). Fee is P7,000.
There are other classes for the month of April. Healthy Breads is on April 2, Saturday, 9am-1pm with Hands-on and Group Workshop. Learn how to bake Whole Wheat Sesame Bread, Kalabasa Loaf, Malunggay Loaf, Sourdough Bread and Foccacia. Fee is P1,499.
Basic Culinary runs from April 19-22, Tuesday to Friday, 9am-3pm. Fee is P8,000.
Juicing and Healthy Wraps on April 23, Saturday, 9-12nn is a demo class featuring basic juicing know-hows and how to turn standard sandwiches to healthy wraps. Recipes include Simple Starter Detox Drink, Sooper Dooper Detox Greens, Power Booster Juice, Vegetable Wrap in Avocado Caesar Dressing, Grilled Chicken and Veggie Wrapped in Tofu Dressing and Healthy Vietnamese Wrap. Fee is P750.
Bars and Cookies is on April 23, Saturday, 9am-1pm with Hands-on and Group Workshop. Learn to prepare Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Snickerdoodles, Food for the Gods, Coconut Fantasy Bars and Butterscotch Brownies. Fee is P1,499.
Basic Baking is on April 26-29, 9am-2pm. Fee is P7,000.
Donuts Class is on April 30, Saturday, 9am-1pm with Hands on and Group Workshop. Learn to bake Jelly-Filled Donuts, Glazed Donuts, Donut Balls, Cream-Filled Donuts and Bicho-Bicho. Fee isP1,199.
