Miracles Happen When You're Not Expecting It

A few weeks ago, I blogged about Fatsopillar here and here and here. The last entry was the time when we can't find him in his calamansi plant home.

I was really feeling sad because I've grown to "love" my Fatsopillar. I even gave him a whole calamansi plant for him to chew so that he will grow big and strong. But one rainy night last month, he vanished when I was looking for him the following morning. I blame myself for transferring him to a new calamansi plant which was placed outside the garden, sans roof.

And just like that, summer's over. Rain comes frequently and yesterday, most part of Manila were flooded. It was really a gloomy day yesterday. But today, I woke up to the blinding sunlight (late na kasi nagising! hahaha) and even used an umbrella to hide from the sun.

Then it rained again. The sky darkened and there was heavy downpour. So sad. Daughter and I planned to go to Wilson but decided to cancel because we don't want to get wet. Then I had the idea to move some of the plants directly into the falling rain.

And I found these happy tweenie-pillars eating the leaves from the calamansi plant. I think caterpillars love plants with vitamin C! Hahaha

I'm so happy with my new tweenie-pillars. I hope that they'll eat all the leaves off the calamansi plant (I won't mind) so that they'll grow big and bigger and morphed into butterflies (or moths!), or bats? :P

So anyways, just like the discovery of the tweenie-pillars, something great also happened to me, to us (my family) today. I've been stressed about it for the past two weeks but God is good, and miracles happen when you're not expecting it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. :)
