Ms. B's Bawai Vietnamese Kitchen Experience

Located in idyllic Silang, Cavite, Bawai Vietnamese Kitchen renders its charm not only to local residents but to the urbanites who seeks a quick-and-relaxing get-a-way from the rigors of city life. And even foodies have a lot to say about it.

And today, my friend, Ms. B, who just arrived from Tagaytay is my correspondent for Bawai. Text and photos by Ms. B :)

Resto experience was ok ok lang since service is kind of slow but not sa food serving. Food ordered came out fast naman, but like the refilling of water, sauces had to be asked repeatedly. Food tastes fresh and made with care and hindi ma-vetsin na you will keep on drinking water.

I like the salad concoctions, yun salad na may iba-ibang toppings. The dessert was good also, and it is a complimentary one.

The owners came out to greet us and were very friendly naman. The missis/owner was the one who is personally supervising the kitchen and his son was there too in the kitchen. And by September, they will have a franchised in Katipunan, the exact location wala pa sya sinabi. Basta sa Katipunan they will open.

Interior of the resto is homey since it is the owners home, as my mom's friend told us. Best to reserve because they can't accommodate much and i don't think they accept walk-in customers.

Thank you, Ms. B, for being my first ever guest blogger. :)
