Baguio Food Tour 2015: Mother's Garden

I do have nice memories of my first meal at Mother's Garden last year so I was happy when we were told that we're having our lunch here. You can read about my first Mother's Garden experience here.

Of course, the highlight of our meal here is the famous flower salad called- Mother's Garden Salad. The restaurant grow their own vegetables, and they also raise fowls, pigs, fish so one is assured not only of freshness but everything is organic as well.

Adobo Flakes. Super delicious. I was kicking myself for not ordering this. Thanks to Az of Azrael's Merryland for sharing his food. I'm happy to note that the adobo flakes are not that salty nor oily. I think this can be paired with bread too. ;)

Provencale Chicken. Here's what I ordered. I know I've already had my fill of chicken but knowing that Mother's Garden raises their fowls by feeding them fruits and grains that is chemical-free, I know that I'm in good hands. The aroma of the chicken really woke up the senses as soon as the waiting staff set the dish in front of me.

Creme Brulee. Two thumbs up!

Special thanks to Azalea Residences, Baguio App Guide, SMART, North Luzon Properties, and Lakbay Baguio for making our Baguio Food Tour 2015 memorable.
