Baguio Food Tour 2015 Day 1

There are so many places to visit and things to do when in Baguio City but for a foodie like me, I always get excited when I get to try new restaurants and mouthwatering dishes.

I had a light breakfast at Tradisyon Restaurant in Azalea Residences. The beef tapa tasted so divine that I had to get a second plate- goodbye light breakfast.. hehe. Actually, I promised myself not to eat much at breakfast because its going to be a whole day of pigging-out.

Our first stop is in Gogi Nara Korean Restaurant in SM Baguio. We were served spicy and piping hot soup that's really perfect for the chilly Baguio weather.

Next stop is at Live Long Organic Cafe along Leonard Wood Road. I fell in love with their Goddess Grilled Chicken. This set costs only P187.00. Wow! Organic food feels so light on the tummy, I think I can eat tons of this- minus the rice of course.

Third (tummy) pittstop for the day is in Ayala TechnoHub for the Klite Foodies athe the Hub Event. Its a two day Food Event last April 17-18, 2015 that showcased the best kept dishes and restos in Baguio City. Even the rain didn't mar the festivities.

Dinner that night is in Everything Nice Cafe. I know we have eaten a lot during the day but a foodie is a foodie. I ordered callos and requested bread instead of rice. Really good! The tripe was very tender and flavorful. I find the callos so perfect because it tasted similar to what my mother used to make. Thumbs up!

Stay tuned for a longer food review 😉
