RECIPE: Corndogs By Century Tuna Kitchen

Last Saturday, the Century Tuna Kitchen invited some bloggers to an afternoon of cooking healthy alternatives especially for the upcoming holiday season. They also graciously shared their easy-to-prepare recipes.



Ingredients:

2 cans Century Tuna Vienna Sausage, drained
250 grams instant pancake mix
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup cornmeal
cooking oil for deep frying
barbeque sticks



Procedure:

Skewer Century Tuna Vienna Sausage with barbeque sticks. Set aside. Prepare instant according to package directions, then add cornmeal and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.

Dip the sausage in the batter and deep fry until set. Drain from the oil and dip again in the batter. Deep fry once more until golden brown.

*** you can also deep fry only once like what I did :)
