RECIPE: Bacon And Mushroom Carbonara

Here's another 30-minute meal that I'm sure your family will love.

Ingredients

Bacon
Mushroom (I used oyster mushrooms), sliced thinly
1 Bell Pepper, minced
Clara Ole Carbonara Sauce
ground pepper to taste
Pasta, 250g (I used fussili)


Procedure

Cook bacon until a bit brown and add the bell pepper and mushrooms. Pour Clara Ole Carbonara Sauce. Stir for about 2 minutes then add the cooked pasta. Serves 3-4.
