Recipes for The Lenten Season

In the Philippines where the Lenten Season is strictly observed by the majority of the populace, seafood prices tends to skyrocket during this time. This is also the time when vegetables especially monggo are being favored and meat takes a backseat. But we all love seafood at home and we are not that really mindful of the price since it goes back to its normal rate after Easter.

I have here some recipes (easy-to-prepare) that I'd like to share with you. :)
