Begin the meal with Organic Garden Salad in Passion Fruit Vinaigrette Dressing followed by Baked Cape Cod Jumbo Scallops in Miso Sauce. Heat up passion with Cream of Roast Red Capsicum Soup with Cheese Crostini then move on to Pan Fried Sea Bass with Goose Liver in White Tomato Jus and Raspberry-Honey Sauce.
