RECIPE: Avocado Nutella Smoothie

Hubby brought home some avocados yesterday and we plan to just eat it with sugar. However, temperature seem to be a bit hot today (even if it rained earlier) and daughter was eating bread with nutella. So instead of making a plain avocado shake, I added some nutella. Healthy yum yum! :)





Ingredients:

2 medium ripe avocado, minced
1 small can evaporated milk
500ml water
3 sachet sugar
1/4 cup nutella (or more)


Procedure:

Put everything in the blender, pulse for about 15 seconds, then pulse it again. Taste if desired sweetness is met; add more if needed.
