RECIPE: Beef Bulgogi

Cooked beef bulgogi last week. This is so easy to do.

Ingredients:

300g beef strips
worcestershire sauce
kikkoman
oyster sauce
sesame oil
knorr seasoning
salt
sugar
ground pepper
sesame seeds
1 medium onion (sliced into strips)
bean sprouts (toge)



Procedure:

Cut beef strips into small pieces (1 inch). Mix all ingredients to make marinade except beef sprouts, onion, sesame seeds. Add the beef and let it sit for 30 minutes. Heat some oil (I also used sesame oil) in a pan and add beef. Cook until a bit done before adding sesame seeds. Add salt, pepper, sugar according to taste. Then add the bean sprouts and onions. You can also cook the bean sprouts and onions separately, steamed or stir-fry. I like mine included with the beef so as to save cooking time. :) Also, best to serve this with kimchi- yumyum!
